Creamy Coleslaw

4 cups shredded green cabbage
2 stalks celery sliced
4 green onions sliced
1 large carrot diced
1/2 red pepper sliced
1/2 fennel bulb sliced
1/3 cup sour cream
1/3 cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. apple vinegar
1/2 tsp. mustard seeds. Salt and pepper to taste.

   In a mixing bowl combine cabbage, celery, onions, carrot, red pepper and fennel. Then prepare the dressing. In another bowl stir together the sour cream, vinegar, mayonnaise and the mustard. Toss until well combined, then add the sugar, mustard seeds salt and pepper and mix again. Then mix the dressing with the vegetables.
